We are opening the first Muslimah owned Women's only Gym in Houston TX and we need your support!

We have secured a 15,000 square foot space located in a popular shopping center with many Muslim owned businesses. We have started construction for our build out.

As Salam Alaikum my name is Tahira Osama. I am the founder of ADF. We open our doors 8 years ago with the intention on providing women with a space to exercise in a group setting. Our members represent over 22 different cultures from all walks of life.

Naturally women put themselves last which leads to them ultimately forgetting about their own health. For almost a decade we have consistently helped thousands of women prioritize their health mentally physically and emotionally.

Alhumdulilah our desire to provide more women with more amenities has grown. There is no Women's only Gym available and we realize that its our responsibility to secure a safe space for women and the generations to come.

Our Gym amenities will include
