The Khulasa, or "The Essence of Remembrance," is a compendium of sacred knowledge compiled by Habib Umar bin Hafiz, and designed to empower Muslims to capture the blessings of the spiritual milestones of the day and week. It helps unlock the spiritual benefits of actions that we do every day, such as sleeping, making wudu, going to Jumuaa, seeking knowledge, traveling, etc. It integrates Quranic chapters, prophetic traditions, and selected litanies into a holistic regimen, providing a structured approach to daily worship. By engaging with the Khulasa, the seeker sets out to incorporate transformational habits of worship and reflection into every moment of their day. In doing so, it places the seeker in the path of the breeze, as expressed in the following Prophetic hadith. 

Imam al-Tabarani narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said: 

“Surely belonging to your Lord are winds of his mercy in the days of your time, so expose yourself to them, - for perhaps you will attain a breeze from these breezes, and thereafter you will never be unhappy.”
