For 20 years, Wafa House has stood as a pillar of strength and hope, providing culturally specific, holistic support to Muslim and immigrant communities. We are committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through free, confidential legal and mental health services, as well as essential resources to help them rebuild their lives. Our mission extends beyond moments of crisis—we work to preserve and strengthen families through intervention, education, and community support.

Most of our clients are Muslim mothers and their children, and the need has never been greater. With rising living costs, global conflicts, and communities still recovering from the lasting effects of the pandemic, our services are more critical than ever. Meanwhile, federal funding freezes and program rollbacks threaten to leave the most vulnerable without the help they desperately need.
