The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is reported to have said, “Charity does not decrease wealth.”

Every Ramadan, many charities hold fundraisers: for disaster relief, for refugees, for building mosques. All of these are worthy of our charity.

But consider this. In 25 years:

• who will be fulfilling the command of Allah to support the weak?
• who will pray in the mosques?
• without qualified scholars and teachers in our community, how will our children and grandchildren know about the teachings of Allah and His Messenger?

It is the collective duty of us all to ensure that there are teachers, in every community, who can teach us and our families.

This is why we urge you to give in support of Wilaya Trust.

We want to ensure that money is never a barrier to learning our religion. This is only possible through your support. Please donate generously and help ensure our community continues to have access to authentic knowledge of our deen.

Wilaya Trust has now been serving our community in Oxford and beyond for over fifteen years! For local Muslims, new Muslims, and the youth, we provide a range of gatherings, activities, and classes:

• Gardens of Paradise, a twice-monthly spiritual gathering
• A hugely popular Qur’an Hifz programme for children
• Finding Faith, a welcoming place for new Muslims
• Date Palm Tree, a support group for women and  mothers
• A fortnightly gathering on ‘How to be men through the Prophet’s example’ (Allah bless him and grant him peace)’
• Monthly Reminders 
• Weekly Sunday classes in understanding the Qur’an and Sunnah
• And—of course—Ramadan Reminders every evening in Ramadan!

To provide all of this, we need your help!
