What’s the Situation in Yemen?

While 1.9 billion people across the world are overweight or obese, over 821 million people in the world go hungry every day – and more than 16 million of them live in Yemen.

1 in 3 children in Yemen suffer from acute malnutrition, and one of them dies from hunger every 10 minutes…

That’s 9 deaths during one football match. And if people can spend hundreds on a football ticket, surely we can spare a few pounds to prevent a death!

But we can change all of this.

How We Can Change This?

Feeding healthy meals to children in Yemen can help in the short-term, but our plan is to feed them school meals.

This gives parents the opportunity to afford to send their children where they can receive an education. With this behind them, the opportunities are endless and they can finally start changing their lives and those around them.

Who is Charity Right?
