Why the Sudanese People Need Your Donations?

The Violence is getting worse:

More than 10.9 Million Sudanese are forced out of their homes and are scattered accross Sudan. During the recent events in October, the Sudanese faced the most extreme violence in the state of Al-Jazeera in the past 18 months of the ongoing war. 

Children, Women, and the Disabled People are in Danger:

Children arriving with multiple injuries due to gunshots, while reportedly arbitrary arrests and detention of children in parts of Aj Jazirah State continue. Many children arriving at the shelter sites are unaccompanied or separated from their families, increasing their risk of exploitation. Women and girls face heightened risks of gender-based violence, while the elderly and disabled struggle to access essential services.

Health Conditions are deteriorating:

IDPs arrive in dire health conditions due to long distances traveled (up to seven days on foot) and limited or lack of access to humanitarian assistance on the way.

Ministry of Health declared a cholera outbreak in Renk County, Upper Nile State, and the National Incident Management System for a coordinated response has been activated.

Sudanese are facing Food Shortage:

Food crops have been burned or destroyed, and solar systems operating as water supply systems have been vandalized, affecting the ability of families and communities to access water for domestic and farming purposes. 

SAPA’s Response:

Our Footprints and efforts over the 18 months of the war in Sudan. Including Medical camps, rehabilitation of hospitals, food supplies, shelters, WASH programs, and even crisis management by evacuating Sudanese under life-threatening conditions. Since the beginning of the War in April 2023, SAPA has been actively working on the ground to help the people of Sudan, especially IDPs.

Impact:
