It's been 10 years since over 4.5 million Syrian refugees fled their country, due to an ongoing civil war, leaving behind everything they owned. They continue to suffer greatly as refugees. Many have found themselves living in tents under the open sky exposed to weather elements. The Za’atri camp, in Jordan, is the world’s largest camp for Syrian refugees. The world has changed drastically with refugee crises occurring all over the world. HHRD is doing its part to support these refugee populations, especially the orphans and their families who haveescaped war and persecution from their home countries.
Over Crowed Camps Escalate Dangers for Refugees
| Eventually, this camp became overcrowded and thus HHRD has provided new, one-room, Caravan of Hope homes for families to live comfortably in a decent shelter. HHRD took on the responsibility to provide Caravan of Hope homes for refugee families living in tents in the desert. Each home consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen area, and a water tank so that they can live in a healthy and safe shelter near the Syrian- Jordanian border. Micro-homes offer a great amount of relief, giving them a safer and more viable place to call home until they can return to their respective homelands.

Our Caravan of Hope homes comply with the highest technical standards to ensure they are solid enough to house families and protect them from severe weather conditions with a minimum product life of seven years. Each home includes:
