We would like to thank you for your support to our food aid project in Cambodia. While we had made the distribution an almost a regular event. This time it is really where the benefit is clearly can be felt. 

The area of Lower Mekong Delta Basin is inundated at many places when we are writing this. Already we have distribute 100 food packs to the flood victims but unfortunately, the number of people affected are greater can we can help. 

With this knowledge, your support are required still. We desire to distribute another round of hopefully 100 food packs, if not more to the flood victims there.

We deeply thank all our donors, whose kindness ensures that we can continue to deliver aid where it's most needed. 50 packs of basic food necessities were distributed to 3 villages of Ampil, Phumsoy and Tuol Pou.

As the rainy season begins this year, Cambodian farmers start plowing their fields and planting rice, their main crop. The rains hopefully inundate the fields, creating perfect conditions for rice to grow. At the same time, farmers manage water levels, plant vegetables, and fish in the swollen rivers.

Thanks to the contributions of all donors, Iltizam Relief Society can distribute food baskets to vulnerable farming families and those without breadwinners. This support is crucial, as many families struggle to secure enough food while dedicating their time and energy to planting their crops.

Urgent: Help Provide Shelter to Families in Crisis

Assalamualaikum w.r.b,

After devastating floods in Pakistan last year, families are still without proper shelter. Our plan is to replace makeshift tents with proper mud houses for 200 families at USD 1200 each. We urgently seek your support for our Community Shelter Project in Nawabshah, Pakistan. 

The background of the crisis is severe, with 33 million Pakistanis affected, and winter is approaching. We face a funding gap, but construction is set to begin in July. Your support can make a significant difference. A donation of USD 1200 can provide one family with a secure shelter.

Iltizam Relief Society, active since 2013, has been impacting lives across 12 countries. By the end of 2023, we aim to establish a disabled rehabilitation center in Pakistan, inshaAllah.

It was narrated from Abu Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“Fasting the day of ‘Ashura’, I hope, will expiate for the sins of the previous year.” (Muslim)

and also I would like to invite you to participate feeding the Minority Muslims in Cambodia.
