Fund The Education of 70 Hifz Students - A Beautiful Sadaqah Jariyah

Since its revelation, it has been the hope and practice of countless Muslims to commit the Qur'an to memory, forever engraving it upon their hearts. Therefore, UK Islamic Mission is proud to present our appeal to educate 70 children to become a Hafiz Quran. Empowered by the Quran, sponsored children will receive the healing, guidance, and light of the Quran and given it to their families and communities, becoming future leaders and role models Insha Allah. Every bit of your support helps to provide for the basic needs of a child, including shelter, food, clothing, shoes, general education and family support (but not necessarily all of these for one child - it depends on the project location).

Alhamdulillah, past support from donors has enabled thousands of children to become a Hafiz-ul Qur'an, like the hafiz in the video, all reciting the Qur'an beautifully with tajweed. Alhamdulillah. The locations of this project are Palestine (Gaza), Sierra Leone, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Somalia, and Sri Lanka. A full sponsorship costs $1,680 for the whole programme, which most children complete in about 3.5 years. However, any small support makes a huge difference. Just $10 will support a hafiz quran child student for 1 week, and if you can provide support for 1 year, this will cost $480.

This is a never-ending sadaqah jariyah opportunity!

This is a Sadaqah Jariyah project, meaning that the positive impact from your good deed will have an everlasting impact in the life of a child and his/her wider community. By supporting this effort, blessings will come back to you in this life and into the next from every letter of the Qur'an that the child recites, for you and your loved ones, Insha Allah. This project is zakat verified by Launchgood's scholars, Alhamdulillah.

By contributing towards a hafiz programme, you will also be performing a much loved Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH): caring for children, especially orphans (most of our hafiz sponsored children are orphans, but all are children in need).
