HHRD's Global Ramadan Food Program ensures that families are provided with nutritious, healthy and filling meals to break their fasts at the end of each day. With a focus on Palestinian families, children and refugees, we can work together to provide Ramadan meals, one iftaar at a time.

As the people of Palestine face insurmountable struggles and injustice, this year, their Ramadan comes with it's own set of added challenges. With little to no food left, they are bound to break their fasts with as little as bread and water. Together, as we are #GuidedByGratitude, let's provide nutritious meals to families in need.

The Digital Sisterhood is teaming up with Helping Hand USA to provide Ramadan meals to the people of Palestine. Our Ramadan Food Packages contain healthy and nutritious essentials such as rice, beans, oil, water, dates, lentils, tea, flour, and much more. For $100, you can help me feed a family of 5 for the entire month of Ramadan, SubhanAllah. Imagine the impact of that!
