Convert a Tayba course for use on tablets

The use of tablets has exploded in prison over the last several years to the point of some prisons banning physical mail entirely. However, to create an engaging digital course that would be accepted by prisons requires significant work in creating video materials, assessments, and more. This amount will help us cover the conversion of one Tayba course into a digital format.
